Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and training of product manufacturing process documents; 2. Selection and trial operation of production equipment, and formulation of production capacity standards for each process; 3. According to the requirements of the product fixture design and verification; 4. Deal with the corresponding NCMR in the production process, provide technical support for the production process and quality control; 5. Validation of the production process and product validation of the product; 6. Complete the tasks assigned by the superior leaders temporarily. Qualifications: 1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design, material molding or polymer materials; 2. At least 1 year process related working experience in medical industry or 3 years process experience in related industry; 3. Proficient in CAD, Office and other computer software; 4. Knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, 6 sigma, etc; 5. Familiar with medical device laws and regulations, with quality management practice, ISO13485 quality system certification experience is preferred; 6. English reading and writing proficiency is better.
